Proof We Deliver
We've spent 15 years building inside the exact institutional environments our customers operate in. Here's the track record and where we're executing right now.
Federal IT Modernization
Federal Agency Intranet Intelligence Modernization
Before EcoGuard existed as a product, the methodology behind it was tested at scale inside a major federal research institution, redesigning how 18,000+ staff access critical research infrastructure through narrative-driven information architecture.
This is the same data-to-decision methodology now powering EcoGuard's composite risk engine.
Key Metrics
Federal Government Portfolio & PMO Delivery
Managed $38M+ IT modernization portfolios across federal health and human services agencies, coordinating cross-agency teams, compliance reporting, and stakeholder alignment in high-stakes federal environments.
The PMO discipline behind these portfolios is now embedded in how Orivia structures municipal pilot programs and grant deliverables.
