    SafeEscape

Every building has Dark Gates. SafeEscape finds them.

SafeEscape is the human map of the building, mapping the Dark Gates that satellites and floor plans miss. Fire doors a wheelchair user can't open. Stairwells without tactile signage. Emergency lighting that fails the accessible route. Every EcoGuard audit produces both an energy compliance package and an inclusive safety plan.

    EcoGuard

    AI-Augmented Building Energy Compliance

EcoGuard ingests building energy data from multiple sources simultaneously, utility bills (PDF, CSV, Green Button XML), ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager API, tenant-level sub-metering, and manual entry. Multi-tenant data aggregation that traditionally takes weeks of manual processing is completed in hours. EcoGuard automatically structures messy data, validates entries against historical baselines, and flags anomalies before submission.

    Cognitive OS

The Air Traffic Control for Municipal Governance

An AI-powered triage engine that reduces administrative burden by prioritizing high-impact community needs over technical noise. Built on 15 years of federal PMO experience, Cognitive OS productizes the Signal-to-Noise framework to help local governments be as responsive and auditable as a federal research institute.

    Orivia works across three areas

    1.

    Tools

Orivia develops initiatives like Safe Escape, EcoGuard, and Save the Grid to improve inclusive safety, environmental visibility, and community resilience, with lived experience helping guide what gets built and why.

    2.

    Workforce Pathways

Orivia creates fellowships, internships, and learning pathways that prepare emerging talent to work in responsible AI, climate innovation, and civic resilience while learning directly from the communities most affected.

    3.

    Pilots and Partnerships

Orivia collaborates with public, nonprofit, educational, and private-sector partners to test solutions through audits, activations, events, and demonstrations that reflect the needs and knowledge of real communities.

    Why it matters

Climate pressure, infrastructure strain, and emergency risks are growing, but the people most affected are often the least centered in the design of solutions. Orivia exists to help close that gap by turning lived experience into practical action, more inclusive systems, and more accountable innovation.

    Proven Legacy

Built on 15 Years of Federal Rigor.

Orivia Tech isn't just an R&D studio; it is the productization of 15 years of institutional modernization. We apply the same discipline used to rationalize complex federal portfolios and deliver enterprise IT roadmaps to the challenge of regional climate resilience.

    The "Inheritance" in Our Accord

Orivia Tech is a mission-driven firm rooted in a lineage of public service. Our commitment to high-stakes triage and urban safety is informed by my father, Clarence Tucker, whose leadership as both the former Deputy Mayor of Public Safety and Chief of the Akron Fire Department provides the operational DNA for our Inheritance Accord.

With over 30 years in emergency response and a dedication to helping the next generation "visualize and realize their dreams," Former Deputy Mayor of Fire and Police, Clarence Tucker's experience informs our high-stakes triage logic. We apply the precision of first response to our Cognitive Infrastructure, ensuring that the technology of tomorrow honors those who serve on the front lines today.
